Peggy and her family have happily called the North Atlanta area home since 1988. In the early years of raising her three children, Peggy used her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Alabama and her CPA to provide tax preparation and bookkeeping services. She also volunteered in the community through her children’s schools and the family’s church. Then, as her oldest headed for college, she combined her love for the area with her business acumen to obtain her Real Estate License in 2007, and Associate Broker License in 2015. Today, with her two oldest children proud owners of homes inside the Atlanta perimeter, and her youngest living in NYC, Peggy continues to enjoy her neighborhood every day. Lifelong friends are in her daily workout group and the book club they’ve had for 10 years, with new neighbors joining all the time. She shares with her husband of 32 years a love of family, fitness, football (University of Alabama for her, Florida State for him), and running around with their two adorable dogs. If they’re not at home, you might find them with their extended family at the lake house they built together.
If you know Holli, you know she has never met a stranger. Initially from Michigan, Holli and her family moved many times prior to settling in sunny Georgia. Holli was a stay-at-home mom for many years until their youngest left for college at which point she decided it was time to put her education, love of people, and strength of service back to work outside the home. With her husband's support, Holli decided to sink her energy into to Real Estate. In addition to her Georgia real estate license, Holli also holds a bachelor’s degree in Education, an AAS in Legal Assisting, and obtained both the Series 7 & 24 Securities Licenses for her work as a Principal in the Financial Industry. Personally, Holli and her husband of over 30 years share a love of family, friends, lake living, tennis, college football, and travel. They are full-time residents of Lake Lanier where they live with 3 dogs and Holli's parents. Both of their children graduated from the University of Alabama and are living in Nashville and Atlanta.
